Advocacy That Is Working For YOU!

In the previous edition of The Connection, we promised to keep you updated on the status of our institutional store advocacy program. This is an ongoing program to benefit the institutional store. We are off to a good start with postings on our new Web site www.connect2one.com (which is still under construction), where we have placed articles, advertisements and information to help promote the institutional "Brick and Mortar" store. However, there is still much more to accomplish and we are developing an excellent advocacy program that "Works for You!"

Since the original Connect2One Advocacy program announcement, the calls have been coming in requesting assistance. We have been pleased to help all that have called, and stand ready to help you if you feel the need arises. New developments in the advocacy program include store pricing research (thank you to those member stores that have been so helpful with this research), student and faculty focus groups, updates to our new Web site, and materials to help you present your case to your administration and keep your store institutional.

As you can see, the advocacy program is in full swing and we are anxious to work with any and all Connect2One members who request our assistance.
