Gift Boxes

Rapp’s Packaging offers C2O members excellent prices, a complete custom imprint program (small quantities) for boxes, tissues, and gift bags. You can combine a variety of box sizes, add some gift-wrap and ribbon, even order a supply of gift bags for resale. After working with several bookstores, Rapp’s has designed a textbook reserve box featuring strong one-piece construction that also doubles as under-bed storage for students. You’ll find it quite easy to meet the freight minimum and save money with Rapp’s Packaging!

POS Printer Ribbons and Register Tapes

We are pleased to announce a store operations supply program to provide your store cost savings on point-of-sale printer ribbons and register tapes. We have negotiated national volume discount pricing with Moore Wallace, an RR Donnelley Co. for both stock supplies, and custom printed register rolls. Moore Wallace is a quality manufacturer of POS ribbons and rolls for large retailers, such as Best Buy, Sears, Exxon Mobil, The Saks Group, The Sports Authority, Lowe’s and many more. Credit Card Processing

BA Merchants [formerly National Processing Company (NPC)], the largest credit card processor in the U.S., offers C2O members a highly competitive rate of 1.687% for swiped Visa® and MasterCard® transactions. Changeover is easy and NPC supports all major POS systems. There are no hidden charges for chargebacks, reporting, or monthly statements. And, you don’t have to change from your local bank to use this service. This program is expandable to the rest of the institution, which can result in an even lower rate. Ask about our new Big Ticket Rate of 1.5% (card swiped) for locations with an average ticket of $500 or more.

Freight Discounts and Traffic Management

By leveraging the buying power of their customers, Group Transportation Services (GTS) contracts with a variety of national and regional carriers to provide C2O members substantial savings on their freight cost. Members can choose the GTS Direct Solutions Program which offers 60%-63% off regular rates. It’s a great way to maximize savings using one consistent trucking company. Or, through the regular GTS Solutions Program, members can call GTS with specific information on an individual shipment. GTS will then find the absolute lowest rate available and make arrangements for the shipment. But the GTS advantage is even greater as the time savings your store receives is immeasurable. This program is expandable to the rest of your institution, and provides an opportunity to demonstrate how valuable your store is to your campus.
